The fine print
By entering CardDraw and using it, you accept these terms. They describe what the program on Solana does, nothing more.
You must be 18 or older and allowed to take part where you live. Don't use CardDraw from a restricted region (QC, JP) or anywhere raffles like these are not allowed. You confirm this yourself when you enter; nothing on the site checks it, and you are responsible for it.
A ticket is one entry in one raffle, paid in USDC on Solana. When every ticket sells, one ticket is drawn at random and its owner wins. A ticket is not an investment, a share of anything, or a promise of a return. Most tickets do not win.
If a raffle does not sell out before its deadline, every buyer gets back exactly what they paid and the card goes back to its seller. Tickets in a raffle that sold out are final.
The winner chooses the card or the cash amount the seller set when listing (70% to 98% of the card's value), within the time shown on the raffle page. The card is a Collector Crypt CARDS NFT; anything about the physical card behind it (grading, storage, redemption) is between you and Collector Crypt.
Tickets add up to 110% of the card's value. CardDraw keeps the 10% above the value. Solana network fees and the refundable record deposits described on How it works are paid by whoever sends the transaction.
You may only list a card you own. A listing goes live only if it passes the listing rules; otherwise it is refused and the card is sent back to you. Once a raffle is live, the card stays in escrow until it goes to the winner or back to you.
The program lets CardDraw: approve or refuse listings; cancel a raffle before its deadline, which refunds every buyer and returns the card; restart a draw that is stuck; change the maximum cash option and the treasury wallet, each only after a public 48-hour delay; shut the platform down, which refunds open raffles and returns cards; and upgrade the program. CardDraw cannot pick or preview a winner, and cannot take a card or ticket money outside these rules.
Software can have bugs and Solana can slow down or stop. Transactions you sign are final and can't be reversed by us. You are responsible for your wallet and its keys. CardDraw is provided as is, without any warranty.
Any taxes on what you win, sell or buy are yours to report and pay.
